Need help with x-mas gift

I LOVE the Elsa Peretti initial pendant. I'm also Partial to the Paloma Picasso. My birth stone is also aquamarine, and personally, I prefer to receive them in March. Maybe she won't feel the same though. I think the heart with the pink stones looks a little cheesy. That could just be me. My favorite it the initial. I like that it's lower case. That stands out to me.

6 months is a long time. Not to change the subject, but I was brought up to leave at least "20" minutes early to go to work in case you have a flat tire.

I thought out of the choices you gave the picasso was the prettiest. Almost snowflake like. Perfect for a Christmas gift if you want to go Tiffany for her.
