After some searching around, I found that the above facial comes (or should be) from a scene Lexi did with Pike Nelson. It's a Hustler video that had multiple releases as a part of large dick movies such as:
So this facial must be a fake, but it's a damn good one. It must be done on the set, but the photos were never released. The other option is that it's a photoshop fake, not done by the studio (or Hustler).
