Need some info please on dick fat

    Ok now this may be a dumb question to ask but here goes how does one loose the the bit of padding that surrounds the dick? It's making my dick look like it's getting eating up by it please help with some info gentleman

    Hahahah AHhhhhhh that explains WHY I have this bothersome padding now since my lazy ass has not been on a bike in several yrs .
    I will have to do something to change that and start biking again !

    Eat right and do regular cardio. You have to get your heart rate into your training zone and keep it there for 20 minutes, 4 times a week. Build up to it slowly and gradually. If in doubt, consult a personal trainer.

    Walking is a great start, and if you monitor your heart rate while you do it, you can make sure you are achieving the appropriate level of effort that will affect your body fat percentage.

    Regardless of infomercials for ab machines and the like, you cannot "target" parts of your body for fat reduction - you have to systemically burn fat with cardio exercise and sensible, balanced eating. When your body has used up the glycogen in your muscles, it will start using the fat around your muscles for energy. This will give you a lower body fat percentage and better muscle definition. The fat pad over your pubic bone will shrink, along with belly fat, saddlebags, double chin, moobs and bingo wings. :)

    It's a long, slow road, but if you stick with it, you'll look better and feel fantastic. You will sleep better, breathe more easily and your joints will thank you. The way being athletic makes me feel is motivation enough to maintain my body fat percentage around the 9% mark.

    cardio. spot training doesn't really work (sit ups will make you lose fat on your abdominal area kind of myths)
