So, i finally got a digital camera, and of course the first pix were gonna be of my best friend. Problem is, i never realized how tough taking your own cock shots can be. I suppose maybe i will need to master the self timer function ??? I'd be glad to hear any advice anyone has. Check out the two pix i took. The size is nothing to write home about, but it is mine!!

The problem you're having is that the camera is too close to you, if you're using a flash you need to be a certain distance. Try holding the camera further away and zooming in.

That was a good tip about the flash.. or you can always try no flash at all.. but that means you've got to have some better lighting.. lighting is the key. Get creative..

Also, most digital cameras have a macro (close focus) function.. it's usually designated by a little icon of a flower.. try that out..

And yes.. self timer is always good.. Maybe get yourself a little mini-tripod.. here's a couple suggestions:
    Ultrapod | Ultrapod-Mini Tabletop Tripod - Orange | PD11023

    or

    good luck :)
