"Negative" photos

Not sure if this is the right place to post this.
A deceased friend from North Alabama sent me these two negative images years ago and I have no idea how to reverse them in order to be black & whites. I do know this dude, whoever he is, is hung.

Can anyone do a reversal and post? Thanks.

OK about the move. Yes, they were strange looking negatives. I don't think the model was of my friend. I waited years to see what these looked like and just found them again recently in a box.
