Out of interest, do you think there are circumstances in which a gay panic defence would be justified?

Didn't see this until IS replied because I still have you on ignore, but no, I do not believe there is any circumstance where it would be justified and I think it speaks to the still present level of discrimination against LGBT individuals that this is even allowed as a defense in court.

No, I cannot see such a scenario. Can/do you?
No, I don't.

But then I don't use phrases like “full blown gay” or “gadflies” to describe gay men.
I don't subscribe to “stereotypes about clingy, submissive gay guys with big penis obsessions”.
I don't find it “irritating to have a bi-sexual man gab at length about how much they love slobbering all over cocks and swallowing cum in locker room gang bangs”.
I'm not annoyed by “gay guys who pretend to be straight gobbling up bukkake blasts from all their frat brothers and shit (and the gay guys who in turn are dumb enough to believe that)”.
I don't hold that that the popularity of facials in straight porn is evidence of “how many men are out there with latent homosexual attractions.”
I don't agree that “There's no surer way to advertise that you'd subconsciously rather be fucking a guy then taking some beautiful woman and skull fucking her face till she's crying and throwing up before jizzing all over her head”.
I don't tell women-haters to “go take their shit to one of the gay-focused subforums and share it with the other closeted posters that lurk there”.
I don't search for a derogatory word to describe “closeted gay men who don't admit to themselves that they're gay and take out their repressed anger on women and gay men alike”.

And I don't conclude that “just about every rabidly homophobic guy you see in the news” is a “closet gay/bi”.

Not even a little bit?
Yes a little, sometimes. In that case because he was making himself out to be a victim of gay misidentity in an effort to rehabilitate himself as reformed straight (compensation).

But I'm more irritated by straight men who decry homophobic violence while suggesting the perpetrators aren't straight men but closet gays in denial; and straight men who decry sexual violence against women while suggesting that this is not a straight male issue but a sign of widespread latent homosexuality.

Because that's having your cake and eating it. You get to make the right noises while pushing the responsibility away from straight men onto gay (deflection), and indulging your own homophobia at the same time.

I don't believe either of these to be the case (that closeted gay men in denial are the primary source of misogyny or homophobia, though there certainly is some level of contribution to both).

I can see how a carelessness w/ words on my part could convey that impression though and endeavor not to use phrases that paint too broadly (in some of the cases. In a few you're just misreading what was said)..

I might suggest that if you notice that in the future that you say something rather than sit fume about it for a few years. Most of those remarks are from before I put you on ignore so there was nothing preventing you from saying anything at the time.

A request for clarification: whose / which law(s) did Israel break in developing and possessing nuclear weapons?
Under the terms of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, the only 5 official nuclear weapons states are the US, Russia, the United Kingdom, France & China.
Of course, other countries that are not part of the treaty possess them, but under the terms of NATO, only the US, the UK & France are allowed to possess them.
All of the other countries that possess them are too powerful to be bullied into giving them up, but have been sanctioned.
Israel wants to be the only country in the Middle East that possesses them so Netanyahu had his buddy Trump back out of the Iran Deal.

Good information, but if you don’t belong to NATO and/or didn’t sign the non-proliferation treaty like Israel and apartheid South Africa you can do what you can afford and have the knowhow to do. South Africa got rid of its bomb.
I’ve read where Japan could develop nukes in one month if it wanted to, and that Brazil could if it wanted to. And we still don’t know who bought black market nukes afer the USSR failed, and this is a real cause for concern because the USSR developed cheapo nukes without PAL, permission action link.

That's what I thought as well...
You didn't signed the treaties, so you can do what ever you want.

And there are many nations who could have a bomb within a few weeks (even in Europe)

In case of Iran I would act in two ways.
1. I would ask China, Russia and the EU how they will behave. Will they stay to the treaties (with every negative consequences to their US relations), or will they back down and start renegotiating.

2. If they follow Trump and want new negotiations I instantly would put all my effords in developing the Bomb. As sooner I have the Bomb as better. At the same time I would tell Israel that any attack on my territory would lead to an open war.

That's not really the case. NATO is actually in the business of spreading nuclear weapons throughout the globe. NATO has allowed Belgium, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands and Turkey to possess nuclear weapons.

In fact when we say NATO, we really mean the United States. The U.S. handed out 25 tons of highly enriched uranium to more than 25+countries (under the guise of "atoms for peace") which is now known to be a high proliferation risk... of which, India and Pakistan's nuclear programs owe their creation to. Israel has numerous nukes and like dickheads pretends that it doesn't under the cover of being an ally of the so-called West.

No entity has been more prolific in the spread of nuclear weapons than the U.S. military/NATO war machine.

The United States sees itself as being in a uni-polar world... the U.S. doesn't obey Israel policy, Israel plays it's part as written.

... and it would be naive to think for a second that Norway doesn't read from the same script. I've never seen Norway do much that wasn't congruent with the interests of the U.S. power structure.

Europe is a vassal state of the U.S. and so is UK, Japan, Korea, Israel, Egypt, Turkey etc. The entire world reads the lines from our script.

Only Russia (and a small handful of allied states), China (and an equally small handful of allied states - many the same that Russia are allied with), North Korea, Iran, Syria and Venezuela have the privilege of rightfully saying that they aren't under the quasi uni-polar world hegemonic order of the U.S.

also known as The Rosicrucians. :)

Lolz

The Rosicrucians were actually an "outside" group that were a bunch of totally groovy people into Hermetic wisdom, alchemy & Eastern mysticism before it was cool. It was really a political movement that was eventually defeated & I've never understood how they morphed into an all powerful secret society sort of related to the "illuminati" within conspiracy circles.

I like to think of the Rosicrucians as the first New Age counter-culture... yeah they were a secret society but only secret in that it had to be, because it was a heretical abomination to the church at the time.

They still exist as AMORC... I was into Rosicrucianism at one time, studied it and thought it was quite interesting. It's really intense though and I only just scratched the surface of the teachings. While I studied it, I became sort of confused as to what it actually was, since the present day Rosicrucianism seemed fairly disconnected to it's historical incarnations which made me step back from it.

Something I just have noticed...

Ever looked closely to the files? There is this beautiful hole in all of them and usually you can see the white paper thru it... but these holes are all black. This means they are empty.

It shows what a propaganda show all this was 2,w=1280,c=0.bild.jpg

Most people knew it was total bullshit aimed at as they say "an audience of one"

Some of the "violations' date back to as early as 2004 all of them were things Iran did or supposedly did years before they signed up to the JCPOA AKA "the iran nuclear deal"

Boeing thought they had the inside track to sell placements for all those 70's era 747's 20 BILLION worth of new planes, now they are SOL

But hey the State of Washington did not vote for Trump so he thinks they can all go fuck themselves.

So... a member piped up that Iran is anti-gay as a sort of casual justification for military intervention.

another member chimes in that Texas is pretty anti-gay while bringing up the gay panic assault/murder defense and the facts that only two states have provisions banning this insane legal tactic...

and a cat fight ensued with insults flying left and right. TexanStar didn't say anything wrong but he was jumped on like he insulted three members' mommas. You guys have to start acting like adults without instantly devolving into "mean girls" without any real provocation.

TexanStar displayed FACTS you do not like and so you turned to insults and bullying.

and all the while, nothing was discussed about Iran or Israel.

At some point you guys will have to learn to argue like adults. Facts and figures shouldn't make anyone angry. You guys have BAD HABITS of debating and putting forth your thoughts... much of it is just being mean and nasty.

We could use this forum as a way of discussing MEANINGFUL topics between different groups of people located in various countries around the world... getting opposing ideologies together in the same room and letting everyone get a taste... like a pot-luck dinner where everyone samples each other's delicacies/trade recipes and enjoy each other's company. We could get at the heart of the matter and tackle some real difficult collective issues that mankind repetitively faces.

Just sayin'.

Say it LOUDER for the people in the back of the room.

Last week the Irani foreign minister was cought on video singing along Death to the USA, death to Israel, death to Britian. Many in the west do not believe when evil is spoken, instead they seek evil in complot theories ....
