I think so as well. They are not wearing any mouth pieces or protective gear. Any moment someone can bite their own tongue or break someone's jaw especially with the wrestling matches.
It's not like the actual wrestling. They're not punching or kicking.
I was more concerned with the metal enclosure around the arena’s. There were a few times where they got thrown around and were within a few centimeters of getting their heads bashed into the side.
I was seriously just waiting for one of them getting hurt that way and the show doing the medical emergency drama bit. The safety standards on this show seem a bit iffy.
There were also a lot of the guys whose elbows would accidentally hit their opponent's jaw.
