Any pump will do, just starting out be sure to warm up and dont over do it. It takes time, think of it as working out. To warm up i usually exercise then shower. Just make sure youve got the blood flowin! 15 min at a time and ya can build up to more. A looser fitting cock ring afterwards makes the swing heavy . I use a normal air pump off amazon.
