The autoxsleve has been around for a while and is nice, this idea isn't practical in my opinion. I think it’s more for the bulge realism aspect rather than a hunk of metal at the end of a perfectly cylindrical tube... which won’t get you many of the right kind of looks. Take sex out of the equation for a while and it is no worse than wearing a stealth or uncle jim’s wrap all day... just saying. Wish I’d had something a bit more realistic than an ace bandage and medical tape when I was still turtling.
