I've been on an exercise and diet to reshape my body as I have gained some pounds through the years. According to my BMI based on my age, height, and weight I am obese, that was it. So I started a few weeks ago, joinned the group year end competition, and have lost approx 17 lbs when I took this shot. A few more lbs to go before I'm in the normal range.
