I developed late and did not go through puberty until I was 15. The early teenage years were hell as my genitals had not grown. No hair and my penis was about 1.5 - 2 inches. So I have always been a little sensitive.
The good news is when I did develop my penis grew to what I understand to be a slightly above average size. Erect it is almost 8 inches.
Other interest include foreskin. I tore my frenulum at 14 and due to this I think my foreskin stretched. It is now very long.
