If it hurts it is too small. I've been wearing an Imperial from Gear Essentials for a couple of years. I tried the rubber rings and didn't like the way they felt against my skin. The polished stainless of my ring is very comfortable and doesn't bind.

Thickjonny I bought a one size fits all silicone ring to. One size doesn't fit all LOL. That damn thing is to tight and hurts after about ten minutes. If I could get an erection, with it on, I am sure it would hole it but it is to tight to allow the blood to flow into my dick. I guess if i got excited enough it would but not under normal conditions. Ilove cock rings but have had a really hard time finding the right size for me. Something tight enough but no to tight

Something must be wrong with me. I've tried metal and just a few days ago I bought one of those thick block rubber cock rings. The largest they had was about 1" internal diameter. It stretches quiet easily and slips on without a problem but the damn thing is so constrictive I can't wear it very long and definitely not all day. I thought that maybe I'm just too fat there. The best thing for me to wear is one of those old Lance Armstrong yellow wrist bracelets. It fits perfectly and is just snug enough not to slip off.

Does anyone else have problems wearing a cock ring?
