Hey Guys

I just had a doctor's appointment and asked him for some free samples of Cialis, my preferred ED drug, but he was out. What he did have was a free sample of a new drug Stendra. There isn't a lot of talk about the drug - I suppose it's really hard to compete with the titans like Viagra and Cialis. But what Stendra is doing is offering free coupons for the drug. You present this card to the pharmacist, and the first 3 pills are free. And the next 6 prescriptions of 6 pills each only cost $15. I will be checking this out and let you know how it works.

But I know you guys are always looking for cheaper sources of ED pills and this sounds like a good deal.

Let us know if it is any good. Hopefully it will perform as good as Cialis. The active ingredient in "Cialis" is "Tadalafil" I wonder if "Stendra" has any of that in it ?

stendra is the brand name for avanafil. it's supposed to be fast acting, you'll be hard and ready about 15 minutes after taking.

Hey Guys

I'll test it out this weekend and let you know. The drug is made by Auxilium pharmaceuticals (and full disclosure - I work for a record label and have no affiliation with the company at all). It's just that I was hitting up my doctor for more free Cialis and he was out and gave me this new drug. You should go to the Stendra website as they are giving it away (provided you aren't on some government assistance health program which kinda sucks as I would think seniors on Medicaid would be the target audience).

And yes - just as Bigbucky stated it's supposed to work the fastest of all the drugs on the market.

From Wikipedia:

" Avanafil acts by inhibiting a specific phosphodiesterase type 5 enzyme which is found in various body tissues, but primarily in the corpus cavernosum penis, as well as the retina. Other similar drugs are sildenafil, tadalafil and vardenafil. The advantage of avanafil is that it has very fast onset of action compared with other PDE5 inhibitors. It is absorbed quickly, reaching a maximum concentration in about 30–45 minutes.[4] About two-thirds of the participants were able to engage in sexual activity within 15 minutes.[4]"

It looks as if is slightly different to Viagra and Cialis, so might be interesting.

Its not just slightly different...if it acts that much faster than the other PDE5 drugs then while its of the same class of drugs the actual active chemical ingredient probably has an entirely different 3d chemical model to it and it probably is attached or works in conjunction with some sort of enzyme (or similar bio compound) that speeds up the body's absorption of it. It also has a different bio availability and protein binding stats. Cialis, levitra and viagra are all bio absorbed via the liver or kidneys while the bio absorption site info on stendra is a bit harder to find (I have yet to locate it).
