Regular CAREFUL, LOW PRESSURE vac pumping, preferably in water, can help girth, but you may not wish to dedicate the large amount of time required to achieve repeatable girth gains.
As far as the time commitment, you need to commit a couple hours at least 5-6 days a week, depending on various factors. You need breaks, and variety, but you need a large time commitment to accomplish any real gains. Nice pics, and hat you have is great.
