Hi folks. Found ya'll while surfing...and just had to join.

Will have to get my digital camera up working this week and post some pics. Only fair, since everyone else has been soooo friendly and willing to show me their's.

Thanks for that, txnrude. I grew up in Ft. Worth and have great memories of the place. And, by the way, everything IS big in Texas, isn't it?!

Yes, really for real from Ft. Worth, but I moved around alot between there, Oklahoma City before going to Denver. Have since been in Seattle, San Francisco and now permanently in Australia.

I know it probably sounds corny, but the countryside around Ft. Worth was a great place to be a pre-teen/teen boy. And in my visits back to Texas since, it's still a fun place to 'play' as an adult man.
