So after reading this article, I decided to try this routine for myself and dedicated the month of August to this little experiment.
This is what I tried:
- Semi-regular jelqing sessions (about 3-5 times a week)
- 100 slow jelqs, using olive oil as lubricant
- Applied two capsules worth of vitamin-e oil immediately after each session, letting it get absorbed at least 4 hours before showering or keeping it on @ night when possible
In order to keep track of any possible gains, I took measurements of my erection (length and girth) before and after each session and I took pictures of my flaccid penis before and after.
This is my flaccid starting the routine on August 3rd:

To my eye, my flaccid has become both thicker and longer.
Due to this short time frame, I am still reluctant to share my measurements, although I would say that there is a tendency of visible growth.
As in terms of EQ, I do have the feeling that the vitamin-e oil
has had a positive effect. In the past after jelqing or pumping, sometimes I would have problems maintaining a full erection when having sex. This has not been the case during these last weeks.

The following question remains:
- To what degree has the oil contributed to any gains (if it has contributed at all) ?
Conclusion:
The effect of vitamin-e oil on growth is questionable at best, however (at least in my case) it has resulted in a perceived increase of EQ.
