The criteria is everchanging, i was told to turn up wearing speedos and rollerskates underneath an overcoat which should contain a slimline candle in each pocket. Weird i know but i cannot go into the details as things have been signed. :wink:

Thanks Meniscus, i almost felt like i was getting married, you'd make an excellent best man! And i hope i'll be fine in the mod position, if i'm not then demotion would'nt necessarily be a bad thing but i can't see me intentionally upsetting anyone, i'm too nice uke:see! :biggrin1:
