New NBC Series Chase: Whose the Hottie?

OK so I've looked around but can't seem to find out who the actor is that is playing one of the bad guys on the new show Chase. He is the one you see in the previews that takes off his ski mask and talks with the main female character on the phone and then jumps off a bridge into the water and she follows him.
Anyone know who he is. He has the hottest eyes!!!!
