Hello all was just wondering if anyone here has any advice for me as I want to start the gym for two goals
1) To loose weight as currently weighting 19 stone and need to get it down asap
2) Muscle build, After loosing some weight I want to start building muscle
My main concern is that I am not sure what equipment to use to obtain theese goals. Many thanks for any advice given
