I have just started PE well sort of. I bought a jes extender a year ago but gave up. I just can't wear that thing all day. I came up with a routine from all the info I have read online. I have started streching with the extender two hours a day and have started jelqing too. I am hoping to two together will give me the best of both worlds. I start the day off with one hour in the extender take and hour off. Then do a warm up with a heating pad. Then jelq for half an hour. I will jelq for longer as I get used to it. I don't want to over do it. Then a warm down with the heating pad. Later in the day I do another hour in the extender. Does this seem like a good routine. Just want some feedback. Thanks
