Just recently I bought a 1 1/2 inch metal ring for use as a ball stretcher. The plan is to start small and add more rings later, you see.
I have heard that 1.5" is a fairly standard size for this, but I can be walking around and the ring will come off, which can of course be very awkward because you can't let anyone see a metal ring fall out the inside of your pants leg.
Any ideas on how to prevent this?

I take it you putting the rings on and stretching while commando? Which is fucking hot by the way.

You can wear a jock or underwear

Or just let the rings fall out and see who notices -

Anything to prevent the ring from slipping off in the first place?

Get a leather one, with snaps that adjust.

If you want to stretch you will need weight, so get split collars. Std sizes are 35mm. 1-3/8" 7 40mm. 1-1/2" ID.

Personaly I dont think that leather or rubber sleeves do much in the way of stretching. May retain the stretch that you already have but not much more.

I use 1-1/2" ID collars, got them from secretleather.com. use cocoa buter as lube. Always warm up in warm water before putting collars on that have also been warmed in water.
