New hear but not new to streatching, Started about 6 months ago and have good results so far, started out having no hanging at all, now I hang about 4 inches when the temp is correct, my accomplisments are mostly achived by, first sitting in my hot tub for about 30 min, the i apply my parachute streatcher with a 10 lb weight and let it stay there for about 15, 20 min or so imedeiatly after my weight streatch, I lube up with natural cocoabutter lotion and put my neopreen ball streatcher on for the rest of the day.
Would love to hear from others that like a nice set of low hangers.
