Of all the dick and ball exercises that we do, kegels has to be the most boring. We know that it helps us refrain from shooting too soon and also helps in maintaining a really hard dick and allows us the most powerful cum shots and best orgams, BUT... They are boring so I for one never remember to do them until now. A friend suggested this to me (and included in another thread response), include them with every piss. Rhythmically engage the kegel (the ones that propel your pee or cum and squeeze off your shit when you are taking a dump) to shut off the pee stream and hold then only allow the pee to reach part way down your cock and engage powerfully and hold again until pee stops. Keep doing this until you have emptied your bladder. You can easily do a couple dozen every time you pee. Not only is the piss urge a reminder to do the kegels, they are actually quite sensual used this way. Each propulsive surge in a kegel pee squirt is actually a bit like shooting your cum -- just try it and enjoy those uninteresting piss sessions a lot more AND strengthen most PE muscles in a manner that you will not forget to do.
