Looking good mate. What training and diet have you found most affective?

hypertrophic supersets, emphasis on reps rather than weight so the effort is continuous. I train 4-5x a week in the mornings. Mass gainer as opposed to just protein to clear my metabolism, creatine to help recovery, and eating a lot and eating balanced. Now it’s been almost 10 months of just gettin it done haha
