    Hi Guys,

    I wanted to ask some serious questions about making my penis bigger. I'm wanting to do a lot of things because I'm totally unhappy with what I have. I want to increase length, girth, flaccid size and make my balls hang lower. I was wondering if jelqing really works and if the mattersofsize or thunderplace program is a good way to start and which one do you guys recommended using for a beginnger. I also seen a tv program that said that weight loss can help you gain length and I wanted to know if that's true and how much weight I needed to lose to do that. I'm currently on a diet and I'm trying to lose around 50-60lbs. Please let me know what the best route is for a guy in my situation to start increasing the size of my penis.

    This is what I'm trying to achieve:

    Penis Length (Hard): Current: 6 Inches, Goal: 9 Inches

    Penis Girth (Hard): Current: 5 Inches, Goal: 6-7 Inches

    Penis Girth (Soft): Current: 4.5 Inches

    Flaccid Length: Current: 4 Inches, Goal: 6-7 Inches

    Height: 5'7

    Current Weight: 206lbs, Goal Weight: 150-155lbs

    I have the exact same wants as you except im staqrting from much smaller.
    I have tried all the things you mentioned and more and none worked not even a sign of working. The one I thought had the most potential was jelqing but unfortunatly I would get completly hard within 3 strokes and couldnt continue and unfortunatly my hardons would last so long I would loose the opportunity to continue excercising as someone would come home etc. even bought the jelq device to try and make it more clinical in an effort to stop the erections but it didnt help.

    Yeah, thunder's works. Takes a lot of time and effort but it does. Join now while membership is still open then start the newbie routine and stick with it for three months. Do the kegels too. The advantage thunder's has over MOS is that thunder's is completely free. Do donate if you can. Takes a lot of cash to keep it going.

    Jelqing, clamping, pumping, chemical, pretty much everything is covered there. It works well but it does take a lot of time and dedication. If you want it badly enough then it can happen for you.

    You are already above the statistical average in both length and girth. While your goals are a bit lofty, you may well gain from PE, provided you approach it sensibly and have the determination and discipline to stick with it for the long haul.

    Beware of any PE sites with something to sell, especially if the promoter claims enormous gains with his "system", or if there is a strong implication that you too will gain hugely. A strong sense of skepticism is essential and healthy.

    Look first to Thunder's Place. Registrations should still be open for new applicants. Read thoroughly through the links provided for newbies at the top of the Newbie Forum page. There are helpful demonstration videos free for viewing or saving to your own computer for later study. Study carefully the information provided concerning "Physiologic Indicators" (PIs). Paying attention to these while doing PE helps keep you at a safe workout level.

    Take the time to browse through the multitude of current and archived threads in the various forums at Thunder's. There is a wealth of information available there.

    More than anything, maintaining your weight at a healthy level, and looking after general body health will go a long way to ensuring optimum sexual health. Your sexual function is closely tied to your cardiovascular health.

    Thanks for your advice guys. I didn't realize I was above average size. I actually thought I was below. I'll start with thunder' place. I really didn't wanna pay $60+s&h for the mattersofsize dvd and $20 per month for the updates in the forum. BTW.....what is the average size?

    Depending upon the study, average size appears to be somewhere in the middling fives for length, with girth roughly 4-3/4". It's not always clear if the length is measured bone-pressed or not, and in some cases (Kinsey) the stats are self-reported, so there was lack of control for measuring technique. You can get a real distorted view of normal male anatomy if you spend much time looking at porn. It also helps a great deal to learn to look at photos of "big" guys with a critical eye toward Photoshop style modification. Fakes are rampant. The site owner for MOS was shown to have posted badly Photoshoped pics several years ago at Thunder's. After much melodrama, he left, only to resurface with his own site, offering paid memberships (for those "super sekret" tips, & etc.) plus other stuff. You can still register for free access to the MOS forums, which you might find helpful.

    just wanted to stress on the dedication aspect of it. Thats the border between results and no results. If i had enough private time i would've been jelqing for sure.

    Maybe so Wally, but this is a legitimate question for this sub forum. Telling people to just, "be happy," doesn't satisfy anyone. It's asking people to fit into a norm they may not want to. Just because most guys are 5"-6" doesn't mean everyone should want to be and if they're larger then there's no reason should have less desire to be bigger just because most guys are smaller.

    So long as the poster realizes he is larger than most men, I don't see a problem with it.

    3" overall gain is pretty tough to attain and not many have done it even on thundersplace. I would start your goals small and be dedicated. First goal should be to get too 7" and when you attain that then up the goal. One its a motivator and you can see progress in a shorter period of time depending on routine.

    Well, I like that he aims high, If you aim high you usually improve much faster toward a goal because you are more dedicated. Honestly, lose some weight and you will probably gain at least half an inch. The less fat you have the more of your penis that is visible. It's actually proven that the average man loses at about half an inch to fat actually swallowing it up.

    PENIS ENLARGEMENT SOLUTION

    Over the last 20 years, I have experimented with many different forms of Penis Enlargement pills, pumps, stretchers, weights, creams and exercises.
    I always had an average size penis by doctor&#8217;s standards (Around 6&#8221;X4&#8221;) That is 6 inches long and 4 inches wide in the erect state. The problem is, who wants to be satisfied with being just average with anything in life? Five years ago, I could say that I had been somewhat successful with enlarging my penis both flaccid and erect. However, most gains were only temporary. That was Five years ago! Now, after careful time (2 years), I have found a &#8220;SOLUTION&#8221; that works in gaining inches on my penis, both flaccid and erect and both length and width that has remained permanent with very few if any side effects. My penis has now been 2&#8221; longer and 2&#8221; wider in the erect state and in the flaccid state for the last two years and will remain this way, as long as I do these things to keep it that way. With all these claims being made today about enlarging your penis, most people try things, and like me, get some results at first. The honest truth is that there is no one single pill, pump or anything that will increase your penis size permanently by itself. The word by itself is the key. The key is to mix ALL of the above techniques together on a regime of a minimum of 2 hours per day 6 days per week. You have to experiment to see which techniques to do and when and what is best for you. I will write what my regimen has been for the last 2 years below and give some helpful websites. Some doctors claim that permanent penis enlargement is a myth and not possible. I can tell you that it is possible but with much long hard work and dedication and you must be patient and diligent. I cannot express how important it is to mix up all the forms of enlargement in one regimen as well. Like a body builder, gains do not happen over night and it is no different with enlarging your penis and you must not deviate from your workout. With any type of workout, please consult your physician first, and this is no different. In addition, once you have achieved results you must maintain a regimen, albeit not as difficult than the first two years, in order to maintain the results.

    Here was my regime.

    • Take some king of penis pill/patch every day, even if it is just &#8220;Men&#8217;s Club&#8221;.
    • Use a quality pump for 45 minutes every other day and when you do so had an enlargement cream such as Maxoderm while you pump.
    • Use a quality penis stretcher device for 45 minutes every other day.
    • Hang 3-4 pound weights from an old sock and tie it to your penis and let it stretch and hang for 45 Minutes and do this every other day.
    Lastly and most important do Jelq exercises every day for an hour


    To maintain results, I cut back my regimen to 2 times a week using the same variety as mentioned above. Doing anymore or any less, I found will not work.

    Thunder's Place is best website where you can get tons of information on penis enlargement. Yes, Jelqing and stretching work. I have gained an inch from doing dry jelq, stretch, and fowfer. If you are still young around 18 or 19, you are more hopeful to hit 9" length. My suggestion is that you do the newbie routine from Thunder's and All Day Stretch.

    The average gain at Thunder's, for those who stick with it, is just under 2.5". Remember that not all exercises work for all men. You may have to try a few to find one you respond to and even then it may stop working after a time. The youngest and the oldest guys gain the fastest. You will hit plateaus where it will seem like you gain nothing. You have to work through them. You must also pay very careful attention to the rules of each exercise. If you do not then you could fuck up your dick but quick and permanently. It is vital to follow routines exactly.
