Aight so after years of doubting I decided to start PE after a rough breakup. Feel like now is the time. I'm a 6'3 athletic beast in my early 20s and have always felt like my dick wasnt representative of my body, at least flaccid. Want to get some permanent erect gains, ideally 1 inch length and some girth. Flaccid gains would be amazing too. Any guidance as to where I should start for newbie gains?
