After reading numerous descriptions of sounding, my curiosity got to me. Ignoring many warnings I looked for something to use and came up with a years old telescoping pointer I used for presentations (now replaced by laser pointers). It was metal, probably plated, a smooth rounded tip and gradually increasing diameter from tip to top end ~ 6 mm to 8 mm. It also had a clip for securing in a shirt pocket. Gave it a good wash with soap & water, dried & applied vaseline. Sitting on edge of bed, held penis up, and with much apprehension, began inserting. Noticed very slight stinging, but after about 1" it slid in almost by itself - I was amazed. Felt wonderful. When it reached the pocket clip I aligned it to the p-slit and it went right in, now about 4-5 inches. At this point, unfortunately, I let go momentarily, and it disappeared! MAJOR PANIC. I immediately envisioned an ER visit. Feeling below the scrotum, I could feel the end of it, then up on the penis, felt the clip. After much massaging I worked the top end out, grabbed it and slowly pulled it out. WHEW! Noticed one drop of blood, probably from the clip, and some steadily decreasing stinging for the next 48 hours when urinating - then everything normal. No longer a virgin sounder, apprehension gone, I did it again a couple of days later without losing it. Loved the sensation. Ordered a 150 mm st.steel sound (120 mm insertable) on the internet, got alcohol & lube while waiting for delivery. Cleaned, lubed & inserted many times, sometimes twice a day. I've become an addict! Now awaiting delivery of 9 mm 11" long sound. Wished I had discovered this long ago.
