did any body see about the girl getting gang banged for over 2 hours ?? she is alive...but she will have mental problems.....the thing that gets people mad is that like 10 people stood and watched as it happned and did not call 911 or nothing. they have arrested 3 guys now.....but there are more. any opinions???

Richmond is like hell on earth. If you thought the greater Oakland area was "utopia", well, someone was lying to you.

Do you live in the East Bay? I used to, and would never have considered any part of it "he'll on earth". Not even the ghettos of Oakland.

Race is out the window on this one..
I grew up in poor in a poor Black area and I knew of rapes.
But, we took care of our own and KNEW who did what..
Cops would not come to the progects back then though.

I doubt it. They released the names of the perps so far apprehended and it's 3 hispanics, 1 black and 1 white.

i think all the rapists involved should get a bullet in the head. any witnesses who did nothing deserve jail time at the very least.

The cost cutting factor isn't a factor here.... it's a mandator part of the job for our resource officers and nurses. The board gets free over time and the employees get lack of sleep.

The law states that charges can be filed against an eye witness that fails to report any child 14 years of age or under being raped. This poor girl is 15.

IMO this law needs to be changed and the age raised to 17. This child is going to suffer because of a stupid loophole in the law. I hope they find everyone of her attackers and throw everyone of them under the jail.

Some people do not take parenting serious enough these days and allow the streets to raise their kids.

How about removing age from it. Anyone who witnesses a rape of a person of any age, or for that matter any violent crime and does nothing, can be charged.
