well he took you to Waffle House on a date....that should have been a sign!!! *i secretly love the pancake trailer* shhhhh lol
If you like the Waffle House you will love this! :biggrin1:

I'm from Jersey. We have diners and it is acceptable for a date to take place at a diner. The Waffle House is pretty much Georgia's version of a diner. I was not insulted when we went there.

Speaking of liars and cheaters...there are a lot of married people (men and women) that I've run into personally on here (not all married people on here are bad) who use this place as an outlet to "cyber cheat" or worse instead of working on their marriage or getting a divorce...I've made it a point to not get involved with that crap. I'll not knowingly mess around with a married person or encourage such selfish and immature behavior...believe me...I've recently learned first hand that these people know just what to say to 'get you'...and then pretend they have no idea what you're talking about...
:yikes: Please tell me we were not dating the same man!
Since I'm mostly straight--it's the married women that really piss me off. You HAVE someone already...leave your sluttiness/lying/cheating elsewhere...imo.
If you're married and separated fine..but if you're doing it 'in secret' blah...I could make a whole fuckin' thread full of how disgusting cheating is...
No more allegedly separated or divorced men for me. Next time I will do a complete background check & check with the court house as legal separations and divorces are a matter of public record.
Same goes for the guys too who do this though...

Guess I'm fed up with the "I like my cake and I FUCKING LOVE TO EAT IT TOO" kind of people...
I like cake as much as the next person; but I'm not gonna take the cake off someone else's plate, and I don't want to share the piece I have. Get your own damned dessert. :irked:

I posted this on another forum but it goes well here too :)

Here's some opinions/theories- some women that have deep seated self esteem issues are attracted to men that treat them like dirt because that's how they view themselves. If a guy comes along and treats her nice, she looks down on that guy because, since she sees herself as having low worth, then anyone that puts her on a pedestal must be even lower than her.

There's also the "disinterested" factor- common amongst beautiful women. Some beautiful women are used to either two things- having men fawn all over them or having men say cruel things to them in response to being spurned. Rare is the guy that comes across as "indifferent", and since these women aren't accustomed to this they find it very attractive.

That being said, I'm not a fan of changing your personality to attract women. The "true you" will eventually come out, or you'll have to continue to pretend to be something else in order to retain her. This is sure to make you unhappy at some point, and it's unfair to her since you're essentially being deceptive.

Well, fuck it! I am ordering room service. And I want the dessert cart. I want the sweet croissants, the bear claws, baklava, cannolis, red velvet cake, pecan praline cheesecake, and key lime pie.

I agree. Be yourself.

If she doesn't like you, there are women that will like you.
