In going through the replies, I'm struck with the lack of reference to the fact that a man is often looking to see if her can determine the condition of the woman's nipple(s). It is a natural thing that must be unlearned as a child for a boy to seek out the mother's nipple, not only for sustenance, but because of his attachment to his sexually opposite parent. It was widely rumored when I was younger that the size of a woman's nipple would indicate the size of the cock that she needed to please her, although this is probably not true (something akin to looking at the size of a man's feet or his hands to gauge the size of his cock, and also like the belief that the width of a woman's mouth also gave one a clue about this). I think any man whose eyes linger on the breast and does not acknowledge the face and person is asking for trouble, nonetheless.

If a woman deliberately draws attention to her breasts, that's her choice, but she must expect them to get attention. It's a very basic attraction.

Personally I prefer small breasts, but still when presented with an impressive display of cleavage, find it difficult to form coherent sentences.
