Sure, but if I walked in to a shop or a bar or a hotel and was spoken to the way he speaks to his customers I'd be inclined to never spend money there again. Right now I'm here just for the leaks and the tea, and I'll never pay him another penny. There is a middle ground here... if you want paying customers, especially if you want repeat paying customers, you don't treat them like shit.
