Actually, it was reported in a Florida newspaper that Nick Carter was arrested for exposing himself in a Tampa, FL club. The newspaper quoted a girl who saw him waving his bits around. She made nno comment about size, small or large, just that he was circumcised. Leads me to think that what he has is average if his cut status was all she noticed to comment on.
