Actually, it’s really not hard to dynamically add a uniquely identifiable watermark or digital fingerprint to a file at the time of download or posting. So, I know legal texts can be hard to understand for people without a lot of experience with it, but you completely ignored that they "must prove that the defendant commanded, induced, or otherwise endeavored to persuade the other person to commit the felony." I can go outside and tell people that someone should steal me a car, but unless I am acting in some way to incentivize that action or have the type of relationship with someone giving them a true belief that they HAVE to steal the car, it isn't soliciting a crime. Saying, "I sure wish I could see Nick's OF pictures if anyone has them" or the like, isn't solicitation. Something like, "I'll for real pay someone $5 for the pictures" may be a different story.
Except that the solicitation also has to involve a felony crime and the sharing of a single image or video is unlikely to prove a felony, as there has to be provable damages exceeding $2,500 and that the copyright theft was for the purposes of commercial advantage or private financial gain.
Look, I really don't care what people here do. And I usually don't get involved in pointless fights like these. But the owner made a statement to the OP that he was spreading "bullshit lies", and that just seemed overly dismissive to me. I'm not a lawyer, so I don't assert how provable it is. But LPSG is a pretty public forum, so it doesn't seem hard for me to believe that someone could make a case that people saying "Can you DM me Nick's latest OF video" is tantamount to solicitation, with plenty of witnesses around.
And, to your point, it also wouldn't seem hard to me to claim that illegal distribution of copyright material for which the content creator expected to receive payment could easily surpass your stated figure of $2500.
To me, no one's dick is worth even potentially going to jail for, getting fined for, or whatever the penalty may be.

Yup, that was why I initially started the thread. I just can't stand all the kiss-asses reporting every single post though (exaggerating just a bit). They're so cringy when I read their comments on his livestreams.
I think this is a legitimate thread since Nick had the tendency to turn off comments on his post so that we wouldn't be able to criticize the DM content. I've not kept up with his OF too much so I don't know if he's still being so uptight about his own followers being able to talk to each other in his comments.
I know the first few DMs that he sent out, the feedback was pretty poor though.
