Whether you want to believe it or not, he's telling the truth about what he makes. You can only go for so long dicking around in Miami before you find yourself bored and looking for something new to do. He's actually a very simple guy. I'm not surprised at all he wants to kill some time working an actual job. It's a smart move for networking with the right kind of people in Miami.
