I saw Nick today at Jason ELs' memorial. All is well w/Nick. He's had other real issues to deal with lately. :biggrin1: 30 days is not a life sentence.

I'm sure when Nick8 gets back from sailing the Mediterranean and playing the casinos in Monte Carlo he will be as surprised as anyone to learn that he'd even been banned from LPSG. L-whaaat?
Seriously, though, I just hung out with him for a solid week and we were laughing ourselves silly and keeping way too entertained to even think about posting here - notice I ain't been around either for a solid 2 months and I'm not even banned. Look for our friend to return in fine form, tan and relaxed, before Independence Day.

This is really surprising. For years I have never seen him make a retaliation that was even a fraction of the original provocation from an opposing or disagreeable poster.
He is witty and has a gift for dropping in comments and phrases that you can really appreciate.
I'm not a moderator (thank gawd) but it is very difficult to understand why anyone wouldn't want a guy like Nick8 contributing to the site.
It seems we've lost some good personalities and members of late because of some exchanges they've had with newbies or infrequent posters.

I couldn't believe my eyes today when I saw both "Nick8" and "Banned" on the same page. One of the truly nice guys here...I can't believe it! I must have missed something!
