I get that people can feel they don’t fit into either social norm of what’s considered “male” and what’s considered “female” but I don’t get how someone can think ok today i feel I’m a woman and tomorrow i feel like a man, no thats just a man that is feeling a bit effeminate or a woman thats feeling masculine, saying you’re gender fluid takes away from those who actually have gender identity issues and makes the cis gender community less accepting of trans people who actually have scientifically backed gender misalignments.

It... doesn't. The trans flag has a white stripe to symbolize non-binary people. They have always been here. If they want to use they/them pronouns (which as we've established before in this thread, are not only valid, have been used for literal centuries), then great. If they want to change their pronouns then great, it means they are still getting to know themselves.
You know what actually hurts trans individuals? People trying to politicize other people's gender identities and acting like they have a say on what is and what isn't valid.
