Nipple lump

For the last three days my left nipple has been really sensitive. It's now really sore it feels bruised and throbs at times. I've got a small lump on my areola thats about the size of a pea but under the surface the whole nipple is sore with what feel like two masses.

It is really sore and is annoying me. Any ideas what this could be? Are there any other symptom that are linked with this?

I have a appointment with a nurse on Thursday about something else so i could always mention it there as well.

Get it looked at alx, its probably some sort of infection under the skin, maybe a blocked montgomery gland but get it checked.
