Nipple problem

It's only in one nipple that I had this trouble. You can't see it unless it's hard and I've picked it out with tweezers and the white always comes back. It's never liquidy, always hard. I'm still pretty young too and I have never been pregnant. What is this and how can I get rid of it?

Hi feelsblind, I have no idea what that could be. If its been a while you should go see a doctor, just to be safe.
