Thank you for the vote of confidence, haha. I don't recognize him, but I may have found a lead. If we can trust this tumbex page, he's Australian and based in Sydney. It also claims he's bisexual.

These pictures are at least 3 years old, and his circumstances may have changed since they were taken, i.e. he may no longer reside in Australia.
