i warm up 5 min, do about 100 jelqs, LOTS of lube, 50 kegels in between 10 good slow jelqs. finish with a few squeezes (that feel great) 10 minute warm down. i do it when im semi erect.
The 100 jelq max routine is good to follow for the first 6 weeks, but after that you should move on to a more advanced format. You can do more jelqs or you can move on to more advanced girth movements like the squeeze.
