According to the site, it was done across the United States. You could always start it in your city...

But, I agree... kind of weird doing it in January. I guess that is part of the humor.

Last year was the first time I saw it. I am the first person to take my pants off at the drop of a hat...but not on a cold January day!

Improv everywhere is the sex! It's amazing how ready people are to participate in things that fool the masses.

My favorite one has to be between the human mirror and welcoming home a stranger. Just pure awlsomeness.
