Gay, I'm not happy with your symptoms, and I will make the assumption that you aren't trolling us. First, second and last, you need to speak to a physician about this, it has the potential to be quite serious. Next, is it safe to assume you can give yourself a boner by rubbing your penis? You said you can ejaculate, and the neural reflexes leading to ejaculation are not the same ones that cause erection. Skin sensation is also a different pathway. Okay, once you've made your appointment, perhaps before, here's what I want you to do. Get hard, or as hard as possible. Not joking here, put one of your index fingers on your butt hole, penetrate a bit if you can. First, when you press in to penetrate, does your anus squeeze down on your finger. It's an important answer. Next, finger in butt, using your other hand, I want you to sharply squeeze the head of your penis between your thumb and index finger. Again, does your anus pinch down? Two important answers you need to give the doctor when you see him or her. You will get a quizzical look I'm sure, you will be asked how did you know about this, and the answer is a friend suggested it. ANYWAY, Lastly, and this should be done by the doctor, take a small pin, and gently touch the head of your dick top, sides, front bottom. The object is not to cause pain or bleeding, just to see if minimal pressure induces feeling. Proceed down the shaft of your dick, top, bottom, sides, and work your way down. See if you can draw a map on your dick with a pen or something where you can feel, and where you can't. And finally, I looked at your profile. Good looking slim guy in your attachment section. Is that you, or someone else? I would like to know if you are, ahem, fat, obese, hanging over the seams, or slim. Again, super important question. Feel free to private me if you wish to answer privately, but please, do it, and pretty please, call an MD. You don't have to start with a neurologist or urologist for this, Primary Care, preferably Internal Medicine can take it from there. But please make that appointment, what you have is potentially serious. Personally, I've got my fingers crossed that it is simply psychological, but it's essential to rule out the organic/medical before jumping to conclusions. Best of luck to you.
