So my boyfriend and I had alot of sex this weekend and I noticed I started spotting (bleeding a little). So I called my gyno's office and someone had cancelled so I got in, she says I have some tears and I can't have sex for 6 weeks. She actually asked if someone had forced themself on me. I had this spotting happen twice before and just kinda let it pass by because i was close to my period when it happened. Anyone got a really good lube to reccommend? I think his big girth is just causing to much friction and we need better lubrication, Ive been using astroglide lately, but it doesn't last the duration, and I really hate stopping the action, especially when its not hurting while we are doing it, at least not in a bad way. Anyways, lube suggestions and anyone's similar situations and solutions they had will be appreciated. Six weeks of no sex is going to make me a grumpy gus .

    What about a femidom?
This is just a suggestion, I've never actually had sex with one before!

Be careful babe. Vaginal tearing is not something to be taken lightly. In the future (after you have healed) i would suggest using an ultra-type lubricant, such as ID or Astroglide. Astroglide would probably be an excellent choice because it is very slippery and remains so for a very long time. I do urge you, howerver, to allow yourself time to heal first. If you continue to cause trauma to the area it could lead to a build-up of scar tissue, which can increase your chances of developing cervical cancer. Good luck!

Hello Erica Court, I hate to say it, but petoleum jelly is the only lube that has enough thickness to actually protect the skin. Walgreens makes a shea butter version that smells good and is just as effective as vaseline. This is to be applied on the penis and rubbed in to make sure that the his dick is pre-softened before he enters you. Then rub a little on your inner labia near the entrance. All of this should facilitate entrance. You are also in danger of getting micro tears during this period as well. Make him go slow and not to make full penetration until your vaginal walls start to expand. It is always safer to pull the dick out and put more jelly around the thickest part, and put it back in, then it is to feel great and not realize until it is too late, that you are getting raw. Take a look at my Gallery to see my 7.5 inch girth, and hopefully you will take my advice, atleast long enough to heal fully.

i havent had sex for about 6 years, you get used to it. my only experience with the newest lubes is masturbation, but i find Boy Butter to stay slippery for a vary long time, much better than astroglide, I.D., wet, or any KY products. not condom friendly, however.

Wow, I've only used on two different women since I discovered it's benefit, but now that you mention it, it would be something you would want to know if it irritated you or not, before you tried it. Back in the day, it was one of the only lubes for big dicks and if you see some of John Holmes early videos, the girls pussies are thick with jelly, I hate that it is an irritant to some, because it works so well.

Well I certainly intend to follow what the doctor says, im just not happy about it. I've never actually measured how big it is around. My hand doesn't fit around it, and magnum xl condoms are tight on him if that gives any perspective.

It is probably because you're so hot that he blows up so big. He is probably 6 to 6.5 inches around, and that's pretty thick, I'm 7.5 (see gallery) if his dick looks as fat as mine....well you're really in for trouble. This probably happened due to hormonal factors and external circumstances and probably won't happen again after you get healed properly, even if he is huge (7+ girth). Most lubes do NOT PROTECT the skin and only lather you with silicone or glycerine (a skin softener not a protectant) which offer no protection.

sorry to hear about your difficulties, Erica. Follow your doctor's orders very precisely, and give lots of blowjobs. When your wait time is over and you are fully healed, proceed slowly and use lots of lube. I like Eros Platinum and Astroglide, in that order. Astroglide tends to get sticky after extended fucking, so be careful.

I've been getting turns. No, not in my vagina, but around my prepuce/end of foreskin. It healed after a day of not touching myself. Maybe I have accelerated healing like wolverine :biggrin1:

Maybe more foreplay...Platinum Wet is supposed to be good.

Erica, about the best I can recommend is just wait the six week time out.
But with regards to a lube that I personally find very good to use with ease and comfort, try KY warming fluid. Very slick and a warming sensation that is heavenly.

But I wouldn't disregard your Doctor's admonishings about your vaginal tearing so easily, you don't want more damage.

I've been through this and whoever talked about the scar tissue and increasing chances for HPV/cervical cancer is on point...The best thing is a constant reapplication of lube. The best one I've ever used was WET platinum...It was silicone based, lasted forever and prolly only have to reapply it about every 15 minutes. KY Ultra and astroglide get the job done, but over time it seems like the combination with vaginal secretions turns them into a thick petroleum substance.

I agree with TRipod if he is over 7" around it is something that you are going too have to get used to and definitely build up to rough sex. he also needs to know that there will never be a way for him to slam his cock in you from jump street without shortening the duration.

Endorphins dear...Thats why you don't notice it till after the fact. Microfissures are common. He just needs to understand the curse of being so big is you only get to have sex a couple times a week, your woman is more prone to UTIs, yeast infections and all that shit too.

    That's real. Good luck

OH and also ask yoru doctor about estrogen creams that can strengthen your vaginal walls. You DONT want to develop vulvodynia(sp)

If you need 6 weeks to heal (which I doubt) those are very deep lacerations, not abrasions. If you have lacerations that require 6 weeks to heal, then he is pounding you too hard lube has nothing to do with it. If they are abrasions, 1 week will heal them and you just need to be very lubricated.

Also scarring has nothing to do with cervical cancer. Periodically I have to step in here and clear up the wive's tales.

Erica, you started this thread ages ago, so I don't know if you are still reading. How are you doing? Are you feeling better? I hope so. Anyway, some of the same implements which can be used to strengthen and tone a woman's vagina, can be used as bio-feedback devices to help you learn to better relax those muscles (even if you think you already relax them, it's possible you could be more relaxed) and also help stretch them for better flexibility. You might look into stone eggs, or a kegelscisor. Well, best of luck. and update us, please?

The wife had some spotting problems when we first started dating, her obgyn said they were abrasions not tears. It took her some time to get accustomed to my size but now we use lube all the time and we hardly ever have a problem. Her biggest problem is soreness for a day or two after a long session, even after being together for seven years.

Oh by the way we use WET LITE for lube.

    Just my 2 cents, J
