I only say it once and then I don't say it again. As I said in other threads, I deal with cinema so I know well who and what an actor is and I respect actors more than others here, but since we are in LPSG another point of view prevails here, the body, sex and nothing else... Then I am one of those critics and theorists of the "body" as the main study of the actor and the character. I study nudity in literature, cinema and television series... so that's why I say it's wasted as a "body".

He wanted to, in The Canyons, but the director/producers/agent/whoever didn’t want him to go full frontal, maybe because there were pornstars, in the cast, and people were concerned he would be mistaken as a pornstar Or the pornstars were worried he would out hang them.
But the director was impressed from Nolan’s bluge. And he says he make a mistake ^^

damn pornstars with the fear of losing the comparison! however, if he is the one who wants to be seen naked he would have every opportunity to do so, looking for a film where a full frontal nude is expected or doing a naked photo shoot or letting his amateur photos filter like everyone else does ahaha
