I'd say just around a teaspoon is just about the median.
But there's not really a 'normal'.
some guys just trickle it out, some squirt 1 or 2 shots then drool, some shoot their face, some 'paint the wall' behind their head. It's really all over the place (so to speak).

You can increase the amount by Edging. The longer you edge the more you produce.

Also, I have noticed the consistency changes depending how many times I cum a day. They first load is always the thickest, the second one isn’t as thick, the third is the consistency of milk and Always shoots the furthest.

Loads 4 & 5 the consistency stays the same, but my muscles are obviously tired and I don’t shoot as far.

If I wait a over a week, what cums out has the consistency of glue. It doesn't shoot far and doesn't even come out all at once. I measured a few years ago. You can probably guess at how long because 35mm film containers were common back then. I didn't have anything calibrated in the right quantifty so I stuck a paper strip on the side of a translucent film container, added a known quantity of water using one of the 5ml measuring spoons for medicine, marked the level, then divided the distance between the bottom and the mark by the known quantity so I could mark off a ml scale.

The result was 3ml if I ejaculated twice/day, 5ml if I ejaculated once/day.

That doesn't sound like a lot but it is within the WHO figures. If you don't measure but merely estimate that estimate will almost certainly be too big. Remember how an egg cup full of water (50ml) can appear to flood a table (as exeperienced with a child painting) or how a small cut may have made a big mess of blood but the actual quantity was a few ml.

HYPERspermia? I've never come across the term. There are a hell of a lot of those frantic little pollywogs in a single sticky drop of spooge to be sure, but I don't know that there can be too many. Hypospermia, to be sure. Now if you mean excessive volume of semen, that's going to vary. The bulk of seminal fluid is prostatic fluid. Keep edging and/or don't ejaculate for a while, volume is going to build up. But are you ever going to shoot 200-400ml with one pop? I suspect you would die in ecstasy and great pain before you even reached half a cup's worth. But hey, what do I know. Go practice and get back to us with the results.

All depends on a few factors:

When you last ejaculated either wanked/jerked off or through sex,

I find if I dont masturbate for a day or two then the amount is a lot more when I do come,

Normal for an average male is around 3/4 of a teaspoonful and seems to be around 3-5 spurts. Think I heard somewhere that around 40% of guys shoot cum rather than ooze.

My perception of what's 'normal' has radically changed...
