Nope, that "Julian" is Julian Rios/Jordan Rivers, and it's not the same guy. They have a similar sun tattoo, but "Jim Harmon's", the ideepthroat.com girl's (Heather) husband, tattoo cirlcles the navel, while Julian's is fully below the navel. Their other tatt's also don't match.
