    I'm 46 and have long enjoyed an active (bi) sexual life. In recent years I've had the problem of not being completely hard like I used to be. Some of that has to do with age of course, but when I'm jacking off I seem to be able to really get a hard-on. Any suggestions for some kind of supplement other than a prescription for Viagra that might help?

    try a couple hundred kegels a day. get an exercise routine if you don't have one already.

    Do you wake up with really hard morning wood? If so and it's hard when you jerk-off, then it must not be physical.

    When we’re young we can get very excited very easily. If we’ve been experiencing something for 30 years or so, it’s not so new any longer, maybe not as exciting. Could the answer to you question have something to do with this.

    I wouldn’t encourage you to dump a partner looking for excitement. Maybe you could try invigorating how you feel about yourself to improve your self-image as a sexy dude. Diet, working out, controlling any bad habits like drinking, a change of image like getting some new threads, maybe you might enhance your confidence and about being a stud.

    It’s worth a try.

    BTW, I’m soon to be 68, and that’s my story. Still no problem with morning wood but I did find that it helped to shape up and get an old guy look that worked.

    Some of the PE excersices help with erection firmness. Check out the section. Some kegels here some jelqs there may give your dick a tune up. :wink:

    I've discovered firmer erections by alternating my Kegel exercising techniques combined with prolonged edging sessions.
