Now I have 2 upgrades not working

OK, I see you have removed my upgrade from this now reinstated account (jdrudy2)

Also, I had repurchased again the upgrade under jdrudy10 and uploaded some videos. And now jdrudy10 is deactivated.

So basically I have paid for 2 memberships in the last 2 days I don't have access to either.

Also, I cant access my videos to remove them on jdrudy10.

You need to check your email. This is what I sent you:
