I have to say Ian was a beacon of light for me during my coming out phase, he came out publicly not long after I came out personally. I got a lot of strength from his book and i also learned to love league from it as well. He used to have a Gaydar profile and i would go to it every now and then to read and fantasize about being his boy (It was rumoured in sydey he had a thing for slight blonde boys and i was at the time a slight blonde boy) That was one of the nicer rumours goinf around. There were some nasty rumours going around sydney he'd fallen for tina which was used to cut me up becuase i used to think "how typical of gay society that we attack one of the very few gay role models we have in australia" Then all that stuff hapened with his partner which was a shame. But i still think of him as a hero regardless after all he's only human and all humans make mistakes...... a guy i know from my old work used to live in the same apartment complex and they used to have bbq's and such and he said Ian was as sweet as apple pie one of the gentlest people in the world.

Yeah I don't know about that now I'm too old to be a twink and too solid now to be his type. Even back when I was his type I got close but no cigar....... I sent him a msg on his gaydar profile telling him that I liked him and stuff we ended up sending a couple of msg's back and forth but nothing ever came of it and that was pretty much the end of things.

I don't think many str8 boys no matter how brave they might be feeling would hassle Ian in person unless they had support the mans a giant! Lol
I used to work for a brothel in Sydney as a working boy (That was the job I was referring to ..... our Driver was the guy who lived in the same block of apartments as him) Any ways he got a brief gig one a Aussie cop tellie show the one with brooke satchwell I think it was... any way they were filming it right outside the building we were in (the building below us was a strip club and they were using it for no shocker a strip club in the show and he was playing the bouncer) Any ways me and a couple of the other boys would take turns coming in and out of the building all day (Even though we got told off for doing it becuase we were holding up productions lol) just so we could perve on him hahahahahaha He's MASSIVE! gotta be around 6'4" at least probably bigger i just remember him being hugs and thinking "Sigh, how god it would be to feel all wrapped up in that" hahahahahaha
