Hi all! I have been wanting to visit a nudist beach for the first time. However, I have no idea of the etiquette in these places. I hope that some of you can tell me how they usually work. I'm in So. FL and there is one nudist beach here, if someone has visited, that would be even better.

I've been to Haulover beach in Miami....first and only time I've ever done it, but I'd definately do it again. From what I saw things to avoid are : harrassing the opposite/same sex (depending on sexual orientation), hard-ons, and taking pictures.

Haulover in South Fl is a good beach that starts as you come off a short walkway. You will see mixes and same sex groups. Sand and water are great. You can set up straight ahead or walk off to the left or right.
Don't make anyone uncomfortable and you will be fine. Enjoy!

Haulover is GREAT! Been going for many years. Be cool and no one will bother you. If you get excited just cover up or take a dip in the ocean. It happens and no one will bother unless you sit there and stroke or JO. There are police there and you will get arrested for lude behavior. If we keep it clean, everyone will get to enjoy the beach. If you go there to solicit or have sex....having a nude beach will disappear. Go have fun, but if you want to hook up.....find a motel or take them home.

I hope you enjoy your first visit and then many others afterwards. My advice is to try to find a spot a reasonable way from others when you take your clothes off, and if you get an erection, turn over or suppress it. Don't stare either. If you have never swum nude before, take the chance if you can.

You will be nervous at first but once you have stripped off you will wonder what you worried about as it will feel perfectly normal and why it has taken so long to go nude in public. Some guys will check you out to see how big you are but you will probably do the same at first, it's normal and will soon stop.
